Cemeteries
The Parish has three cemeteries which have been looked after by volunteer curators for many years. Each is a credit to the hard work and diligence of those responsible for their care. Each are well worth a visit to gain an insight into the history and in some cases the tragedy of life in and around the Willunga basin in years gone by.
Aldinga
Located in the grounds of St Ann’s, Aldinga this well maintained cemetery provides internment facilities for local residents.
It has many significant gravesites and provides an interesting history of the area for those keen enough to read the many headstones.

Willunga
Located beside the Aldinga Road on the outskirts of the township of Willunga. It was the original site for the first St Stephen’s before it was replaced by the current church in the centre of the township.
Lovingly cared for by its curator the cemetery abounds with history and is a fitting final resting place for the founders and former residents of Willunga.

Old Noarlunga (former Parish Cemetery)
This is no longer a cemetery of the Parish. The property is now in private hands with a private curator.
Located in the grounds of the former St Philip & St James, Old Noarlunga, this significant cemetery is the resting place for many notable past residents of the Old Noarlunga region. Its position high on a hill overlooking the peaceful village of Old Noarlunga and the surrounding hills and gorges is a fitting and desirable site.
